My favourite movie--> THIS IS ENGLAND

I don’t usually see films, because the cinema is becoming more and more expensive and if you want to see a movie on TV you have to see a lot of advertisements, which sometimes can be funny, but usually they aren’t. But the truth is that I hate the TV, I only see the news.

But I like a lot the history, and habitually I pretend to have my own opinion about it, that means that I have to get all kind of information about all kind of things, and I realise that there is a lot of people who speak without knowing about what they are speaking, for example about the skinhead culture.

There are people who believe that the skinheads are nazis or something bad, and is very gloomy for a skinhead to see that people, without knowing nothing, look them like scum, but the only thing that they do is to denounce what they thing that is not correct, and try to obtain a better way of life, because the life of the working class is a very tough.


My favourite movie is “This is England”. The movie is about skinhead culture, and how it started separating in two mainly sides, nazi side and anti-nazi side.

The protagonist is Shaun. In the film we can see how he becomes a skinhead. In the movie we can see the noble and immoral sides of this way of life, how the political circumstances were, a love story between Smell and Shaun, the death of Milky, etc.

I recommend you to see this movie because I find it very interesting!

THE POWER OF THE BEER

I really like this TV advert. The advert is based in a tipical situation, the wife enters to the house, she spected that all is going to be in the corresponding place, but the husband is siting on the sofa with the newspaper in his hands and the beer on the table, but the flat iscompletely untidy.

She supposed that if she don’t clean the flat, nobody will do it, so she decides to start cleanig by herself. When she starts taking the cans of beer one of the cans fall down; when he see all the beer spilling on the table he starts licking the table, and this gives a idea to the woman, a very original idea. She starts spilling beer to the floor, all around the house, and he starts spilling all the beer that she threw, so the woman thinks that she can use the beer to do another types of things with her husband and finally she goes to their bedroom, she gets undress with one intention, getting wet with the beer, but that doesn’t happen because the can is empty.

I think that the advert is good, original and very funny. The meaning or the intintion of this advert is to let us know that the beer is one think that the men love, so, we can do what we want to a man if we have a can of beer in our hands!

My dog

I like a lot the animals, so, as you can imagine, I have had many pets (a bird, a snake, turtles, golfishes, etc.), but now a days I only have one, he is a dog, a small brown dog, his name is Lur, because of his colour.

He doesn’t life with me because my mother hates all types of animals, specially the dogs, and because of that Lur has to life in my grandmother’s farm, but I think that he is very happy with his way of life, because he is free, he can run in the land with out risks.I suppose, or I want to suppose that he sometimes miss me, because I only can go to visit him on Sundays. When I go to the farm, Lur always stays beside me, when I am in the vegetable-garden he is with me; when I am working in the vineyard, he is with me and when I am feeding the cows he stays with me, he loves to rage the cows!

I remember very well what was the first thing that he did when I saw him, he was gorgeous puppy, lying on the floor, he was trembling, I didn´t know why, but when I went out of the farm, he followed me out and he peed, that was really funny!
I loved to take him in my arms, but I suppose that he didn’t like that so much because he always bitted me.

For me, Lur is an important part of my life, there are many reasons for that, but one of the reasons, and in my opinion the most important one, is that Lur is a present of my uncle Javier, who died three years ago.

I really love my dog, since he was a puppy we connected very well, maybe is because he grew up with out his mother and the only person that it was with him when he felt alone was me. And for me, he is the biggest responsibility I had ever have, but also the biggest achievement of my life, he always obey me.

I think that the person who said that “the best friend of a man is a dog” was not lying.
